There are speculations that Capiz province is the hive of evil ghosts called "aswang" but I can strongly testify that it is really just a pure defamation. People there is too kind, sweet and compassionate to be imputed as that kind of monster. I think they just spread those things to vilify the great image of the province. If there is what they call the "aswang" there, it is the luring beauty of the place and kindness of people that will instantly consume your heart and soul.
